2018 Fire Officer Academy starting February 5, 2018 at the IDHS Indiana Fire Training D4 Lafayette site. All classes will be from 1800-2200. Classes included in the following order:
February, Instructor I
2/5, 2/7, 2/12, 2/14, 2/19, 2/21, 2/26, 2/28
April, Fire Officer Strategy and Tactics (FOST) Dates are under review.
June: Fire Officer I
6/4, 6/6, 6/11, 6/13, 6/18, 6/20, 6/25
August: Instructor II/III
8/6, 8/8, 8/13, 8/15, 8/20, 8/22, 8/27, 8/29, 9/10, 9/12
Oct: Fire Officer II
10/8, 10/10, 10/15, 10/17
Dec: Health and Safety Officer

You only need to attend the class you need and you meet the prerequisites for.
We will be needing KHI approved instructors for help. Please contact Todd A. Budd if your interested in helping.
This is an exciting program for District 4. Each class will have different dynamics. Some will require full attendance, some will be webinars and some will be blended.
